What is included?
Your written quote lists exactly what’s included — the driver’s time, mileage or distance terms, waiting time — line by line. Fuel, tolls, and entry fees are covered only if the quote says so.
How many hours is “a day”?
The quote defines the day’s hours and what’s included. Tell your specialist your planned start and end time in the inquiry so the quote matches your day.
Can the driver also act as a guide?
Drivers and licensed guides are different roles. If you want guided commentary or site visits, say so in your inquiry and your specialist will confirm in writing what’s provided.
Is it suitable for families with children?
Yes — share the number of passengers and children’s ages in the inquiry so the vehicle arrangement suits your group. Child-seat availability must be confirmed in your written quote.
Can I change the plan during the day?
